What is Li Hing Mui?

Li hing mui is a popular topping in Hawaii. It has a very distinct sweet, salty & sour flavour commonly sprinkled over fruit, popcorn and of course candy/lollies!
Li hing originally came from China but has been embraced by Hawaiians as their own for many many years.

If you’re a fan of lole saiga / lole saina / chinese lollies then you'll know that the powder you find on chinese lollies is the exact same powder you’ll find on our Li hing mui candy range.

We have a dry blend collection of li hing mui candy (lollies with powder only) and a range of wet blend coming soon - a more saucier version of the dry blend and more.
