Change of mind
Under the Australian Consumer Law, the customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same original packaging and condition that you received it in.
Photos must be provided on delivery of damaged goods and sent via email to notyouraveragecandy@outlook.com

We require an order number for proof of purchase.
Damaged goods Refund (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
*Clearance products cannot be returned and are non-refundable sale is final
Missing or Lost orders
Please be sure to check with your neighbours if the parcel cannot be located at your residence but Australia post states that it's been delivered then contact Australia post to open a case to locate your missing order.
We hold no responsibility for lost or stolen orders but will do our very best to help locate your missing order.
Once your order is with Australia post it's completely out of our control.
It is very rare for a parcel to get lost during shipment but theft is a more likely option to occur from your place of residence.

Late or missing refund payments (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at notyouraveragecandy@outlook.com
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or contacting us about purchasing shipping insurance.
