PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

• Orders are shipped out Monday to Friday.
• Note: Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping option selected.
  

DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMES

We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post and internationally with DHL Express.

• Australia Post Express: $15 AUD | 1-3 Business Days
• Australia Post Standard: $10 AUD | 3-7 Business Days
• DHL International Express: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination | 1-5 Business Days

Important: Times listed are for metro areas; rural areas may take longer. Additionally, some countries may impose import duties or local charges, which are your responsibility.

Once your order is with Australia Post, it is beyond our control. They assume responsibility for your parcel.

IF YOUR ORDER IS LOST IN TRANSIT

If your order goes missing, please contact us. We will do our best to locate it. You may also contact Australia Post directly to lodge a missing item case.

Note: If your order is returned due to an address error, you will need to pay for reshipping. No refunds will be issued for perishable items.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods if you request that the parcel be left at your premises.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Every order comes with a unique tracking number. You will receive tracking details via email once your order is packed and ready for dispatch.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable for return orders due to a change of mind.
